Right. It’s the most toothless deterrent. I wish iOS allowed a way to completely lock the use of certain apps after a period of time

Better yet just uninstall all social media apps cause looking at your friends enjoying a coconut drink in Hawaii while your ass is slaving away in a cubicle isn't good for your mental health

The only snag I've noticed is that I'm motivated to use all the time I've allowed myself the same way I wouldn't leave a burger half eaten. So I don't have days where I don't use social media apps at all.
