I'm 29 years old; until this month, I've been living a normal life, like most people, dealing with work-related stress and everyday troubles.

But good fortune suddenly beckoned to me this month, and I experienced a significant turning point in my life. I earned my first $30,000 through the web.

I won't go into the detailed process or recommend specific tools or methods, but as a non-native English speaker, I still want to share my thoughts on the week that brought about this achievement.

To be honest, most people like me would likely agree with the view that "this world is f**ked up." A few individuals hold excessive resources, and while social media platforms like TT and INS promote glamorous lifestyles, we all know it's not real. The majority of people are still struggling.

Influenced by this perspective, I pay attention to information that may present opportunities for me. It's a good habit. Although I'm no longer in the golden learning age, I still make an effort to understand the logic behind each piece of information and try to find commonalities and patterns. Based on that information, I then imagined whether it could help me.

The opportunity I had also came unexpectedly.

It should be May 6 or 7; after finishing my BJJ class, I heard another classmate discussing the need for a team to assist with their company's VJ projects. Instantly, I thought I could take on the project and earn some money because I had been studying UNITY& AI applications.

So, I immediately volunteered and had a conversation with him, which eventually led to a formal meeting with his team.

The communication process was challenging, but thankfully, I had enough experience to navigate through the meeting successfully. I exuded confidence, which I believe won me favor with the project manager. And also, with the help of my classmate, I gained a precious opportunity.

Initially, I planned to complete the entire project by myself with the assistance of AI. However, I quickly realized that it was practically impossible. Therefore, I broke down the project into several detailed tasks and started searching various communities, chat groups, and forums for people I believed could help me with those tasks (once again, thanks to the internet). After three days of painful searching and communication, my "team" was finally assembled.

Perhaps due to time zone differences or other reasons, I could contact them every night after finishing my regular job. This allowed the project to progress efficiently. Finally, on May 18, I completed the work, and the payment was received the following week.

Although the amount may not seem like much on social media, it's undoubtedly a milestone in my growth. Through this project, I clarified things I had never summarized before. If a person wants to accomplish something, they need:

1. Always maintain curiosity because you never know when opportunities will arise.

2. Stable emotions.

3. Execution, regardless of circumstances, must follow the plan.

4. Social skills. and social network

Anyway, I want to inspire more people with my story. We live in an era where more resources are available to us than we may imagine. Don't be afraid to try new opportunities and dream big.

Usually also works when asked for you to say your phone number or other numbers. Just type it instead. I suggest muting for all this too.

Other common tricks: 0 for the operator, pound to confirm an entry such as a phone number.

I personally use Google Drive with the "mirror files" setting. In it, is a folder labeled "computer downloads" which is made the default downloads folder for my browser and other applications that live syncs to the Drive. So, if I downloaded a file at home and I need to access/share/print it when I'm out, I can just pull up the Google Drive app on my phone and viola!

I've noticed that whenever I waste all day in my distractions and study at night, I get motivated to do work the next day and I say to myself "I'm gonna remove all the distractions and focus starting tomorrow".

I want to stay motivated like that without distractions but it seems when I'm not distracted, i don't get that kind of motivation to keep going. I procrastinate a lot sometimes and that beings down my potential to do more in a day.

How can I stay motivated all day by bringing intrinsic motivation by not being distracted?

It seems like pretty much we use our phone to use social media but what are some websites and apps that are good for developing new skills or just learn new things that are productive and self improvement.

I'm planning on buying a new car but before I go and settle on the deal I need to find insurance. I'm so bad at small talk and conversations in general. situations stress me out in advance. it works better when there are at least 3 people and the focus is not on me, but I always feel uncomfortable because I realize what a bad conversationalist I am. this is also (to a lesser extent) the case with friends.

I am going to the gym. I know that I can't just loose weight from exercise alone. I know I need to eat better. But I still live at home. My parents are kindly paying for my meals but because they're on benefits (UK) due to injuries, my meals are very limited. At the beginning of the month (after "pay day"), the meals become more expensive but not healthy, and by the end of the month, the meals can be boiled down to "potato and meat." Before the cost of living crisis, my step dad would put veg on pretty much everything, but now, they can't afford veg. I know that I need to cut down on snacks but when they get paid, they get me some snacks every other week. Sometimes more. These snacks can range from full cheese cakes to ice lollies

So how can I help myself better with loosing weight?
