They definitely tried a little bit with seeles outfit, you can tell its kinda just put together with random scraps of cloth and has some random miner outfit bits in there, but then hoyo rly wanted to give her a flashy dress so....

I still feel like the banner-2 should be faster refresh rate. You could have banner-1 be the normal 3 week length, 2 characters over 6 weeks. Then banner-2 would be shortened based on how many reruns they need. 2 weeks to fit 4, 1 week to fit 6, 3 days to fit 14, etc.

This way we could still have the normal UI that already exists, a scaleable solution that wont keep needing drastic changes each year, and maintains the timing for new characters allowing ppl to save.

I think blue is a no brainer. Sure artifact stats are nice but we playing the game for the gameplay, and that comes from character kits. If you have perfect artifacts on every character it may actually be less encouraging to keep playing.

Interesting that banners drop a day after genshins do (week wise) yet the game released the same time genshin does patch updates. Wonder if 1.1 will drop a day after genshin too
