5 years ago I was diagnosed with RA. 3 years ago I changed doctors and new doctor says not RA but Fibromyalgia. I do not respond to any treatments for fibro. Got fed up with the doctor who now won’t even treat anyone for fibro. Nothing helps at all. I’m not convinced I even have fibro as my symptoms are all over the place. I’m now struggling to find any doctor to treat me. RA docs won’t see anyone for fibro (even though I’m convinced it’s something else) neurologist won’t see me, pain management doc was convinced by using an online test that it’s fibro and just insists on giving me duloxetine which is as affective as me drinking water. My family doctor can’t treat me either, what is my next step? What specialty doctor do I even go to?

I was able to find a rheumatologist willing to see me finally. Luckily they can get me in next week.
