Um I'm sorry to be that guy (and don't take my advice if you don't want to, I'm not a professional) but in my mind, those collagen supplements are a scam because once they enter your stomach, (correct me if I am wrong) they are broken from proteins into individual amino acids from where they are just used to build any old protein, not necessarily collagen proteins. Just my two cents, if it seems like they work for you, then great.

I may try using trying to use more air instead of more mouthpiece pressure. People often use more pressure and more lip tension to try to play higher instead of more air. You most likely won't be able to fix it by Friday, but for the future, maybe check out Cichowicz's Flow Studies- they help you train to use pressurized breath to achieve high notes as opposed to tension. Also, breathing exercises where you train to achieve consistent breaths no matter what will help.
