You could work your way up in the marketing department but my impression is that people in marketing work long hours, with pressure and low pay.
I suggest that after you learn the ropes you should leave and run your own digital marketing business.

It might be easier to come up with a nickname based on his middle name or surname.

I'd suggest aiming at digital marketing. There would be some overlap with your previous experiences. You would be strategizing and creating campaigns. It would be a huge bonus having the artistic skills to create the visual parts of the campaign yourself. You could also be involved in sending marketing emails, where your database skills would come in handy.

I know a chef who started a catering business. I think the hours were more family friendly, and if you run any business well then you can get wealthy.
Good luck!

Lots of people earn a living behind a camera. People who make TV shows, movies, ads, real-estate listings, wedding shoots, and corporate communications. You could get work in an advertising/marketing agency, where they make videos for clients. Often those videos would also include some content captured with a camera, plus some computer generated elements.

If you want justice, then you can report the arm breaking incident to the police. They might decide to charge your dad.
There are a few ways you could get some compensation - see https://www.victimsofcrime.vic.gov.au/going-to-court/financial-assistance-and-compensation-for-victims-of-crime. That page is for Victoria, you can search for a page for your state if you're not in Victoria.

What are your strengths, weaknesses, interests, constraints, and unique advantages?
By constraints, I mean things like can you afford an expensive education? By unique advantages, I mean things like having access to people who can mentor you.
Would you prefer an office job, or outdoor job, or physical indoor job? Are you okay with shift work? How do you feel about travel? Do you like interacting with people? Would you be okay with a job that requires physical fitness? How would you feel about running your own business?
How much money is a lot to you?

Just use one database, but put a tenant_id field in all the important tables so you know which tenant the data belongs to. Be careful to avoid insecure direct object references.

For online jobs, look at /r/workonline
For face to face jobs, I suggest just looking at nearby shopping malls and industrial areas, and look at each business you'd be happy to work at. The big ones probably advertise jobs on their website, and the small ones might put a sign on their window. You can also just drop in your resume or email it if you can't find any suitable job advertised.
